Imagine a school with a garden, a healthy cafeteria, a sustainable food waste system and education on good food for its students.
Victoria High School's Eco-Hub is a collaboration between various student groups. With a focus on food and sustainability, all of our members are provided access to school events such as garden work parties, cooking nights, salad preparation days, compost Fridays, and more.
Teachers are bringing their classes to the garden and cafeteria to help out or pursue their own project as a class.
